TK Digital Agency Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 29, 2025

Our Promise to You

We are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. We want you to be satisfied, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, recognizing both the investment of your funds and the investment of our time and effort.

What We Offer and How Refunds Work

As a digital agency, we deal in services (like web design, SEO, and marketing), not physical products. Our time and expertise are our inventory. Therefore, refunds are primarily based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Our Core Principle

You will never be charged for work we haven’t done. If you cancel a service, we will assess the amount of work completed and the project milestones achieved, and refund the difference.

Refund Scenarios

1. Cancelling Before Work Has Started

If you have paid an initial deposit or a full project fee, but we have not yet begun any tasks (e.g., research, strategy documents, design mockups, or internal project setup), you are typically eligible for a full refund.

  • Policy: 100% Refundable
  • Condition: Cancellation must be requested within 7 days of payment and before any project kickoff meeting or deliverable has been started.

2. Cancelling During the Project (Work in Progress)

If you decide to cancel a project after we have started working, we will calculate a partial refund.

  • How it works: We will subtract the cost of the work we have completed up to the date you notify us of the cancellation. This calculation is based on the remaining percentage of the total project scope or a detailed breakdown of the time spent at our standard hourly rate.
  • Examples of Non-Refundable Work Completed:
    • Initial strategy and consulting hours.
    • Completed design mockups or wireframes.
    • Purchased third-party assets (e.g., premium themes, plugins, stock images) bought specifically for your project.
    • Completed SEO audits or strategy documents.

[INSERT YOUR DETAILS: State any specific non-refundable deposit amount, e.g., “Note: All initial deposits (e.g., 25% of the total fee) are generally non-refundable once the project kickoff meeting has occurred.”]

3. Subscription/Retainer Services (e.g., SEO, Maintenance, Marketing)

If you pay a recurring fee for ongoing services (like monthly maintenance, SEO management, or social media marketing):

  • Cancellation: You must provide us with [INSERT YOUR DETAILS: e.g., 30 days] written notice before your next billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for the current month’s service fee. Service will continue until the end of the paid billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

4. Rush Fees and Third-Party Expenses

  • Rush Fees: Any fees charged for expediting a project are non-refundable.
  • Domain Names & Hosting: Fees paid to external providers for domain registration, hosting, or external software licenses purchased on your behalf are non-refundable (as we cannot cancel or return these to the vendor).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to talhaa817@gmail.com.
  2. Subject Line: Use the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Project Name]”

    • Your full name and company name.
    • The service or project you are requesting a refund for.
    • The date of payment.
